| Sagittarius Pet | Capricorn Pet | Aquarius Pet | Pisces Pet |
ARIES OWNER: It will be important to establish from the very beginning that it is the human who will be the governing authority in this relationship...otherwise, there is sure to be a "locking of horns" from time to time. Since all Aries natives (regardless of species) are used to being "number one," it will be necessary for the human to "run the show." If not, the Aries pet may well run amuck and refuse to obey, believing that he or she is truly the boss. Otherwise, the energies of both human and pet should blend well here and much enjoyment will be had by traipsing through the wilderness together, throwing the Frisbee or going for long runs on the beach (assuming, of course, the pet in question is equipped for such activities). In short, this will be a healthy relationship.TAURUS OWNER: The human here will either be too slow for the Aries pet, or the Aries pet will be too active for the taste of the Taurus human. Either way, the human is sure to admire the pet's spunk and vivaciousness and may even wish he or she possessed as much "get-up-and-go" as the pet in question. It may well be that the Aries pet will spur the Taurus human to get moving...possibly going for a run (albeit a rather slow one in the case of the human), climbing a rock, or simply going outside to bask for a while in the sunshine (since Aries is a fire sign and this pet does enjoy the sun). Even though the Taurus human may not be "up to" the ways of the Aries pet, he or she will be tolerant and accepting of the pet's extraordinary vitality.
GEMINI OWNER: This is a marvellous combination and the Gemini human will have a great deal of fun with the Aries pet...after all, fun is what both pet and human are seeking. Whatever the Gemini human is up to, he or she must be sure to let the Aries pet "in on it," as long as it is not too mental in nature...after all, the Aries pet is more inclined toward physical activities such as a hike in the mountains, for example, or a run on the beach. The Gemini human will enjoy such pursuits, but he or she is also highly active in a mental sense and it will be important for this human not to forget about the Aries pet while engaging on a frivolous mental journey.
CANCER OWNER: The probably scenario here is that the Aries pet will want to be constantly "on the go" while the Cancer human will always want to stay at home. Any Aries pet who is confined will seek out freedom, which would be agreeable to the Cancer human if the pet in question would just stay still and "cuddle" for a while. However, this is unlikely to happen. The Aries pet will be everywhere, full of energy and just "raring to go." In short, this is truly not a compatible match.
LEO OWNER: The energy levels of both human and pet here should be comparable, except for the fact that the batteries of the Leo human might well be better charged. There is no doubt that the Leo human will be the governing authority. The Aries pet may try to assume control of the reins, but Aries is no match for Leo when it comes to "running the show." If the Leo human makes it quite clear early on that he or she will be the boss in this relationship, then there will rarely (if ever) be any "run-ins." The Aries pet will know instinctively not to challenge the Leo human and will be well aware of how to live up to what the Leo human expects most in life...respect. The Leo human will receive such respect from the Aries pet although, at times, this pet's temper may get the better of him or her (since these are rather hot-heated critters). All in all, the Leo human and the Aries pet should enjoy life together, whether traveling, playing in the backyard, or indulging in a quiet moment watching television.
VIRGO OWNER: The Virgo human is probably simply too much of a "fuddy-duddy" to truly enjoy having an Aries pet around the house. Unless the Aries pet here is something of a sloth (which is rather unlikely), the Virgo human would do better with a pet governed by almost any other Zodiac Sign (excepting Sagittarius and Aquarius). The Virgo human likes things "under control" and the Aries pet is anything but "under control." The Virgo human is relatively placid whereas the Aries pet is very active. Although Virgo natives enjoy engaging in various interesting activities and their energy level is on the high side, their temperament fails to harmonize with the fiery and often uncontrollable nature of Aries. Virgo subjects would like to own a pet that they could keep inside with them...one who would listen calmly to complaints and be happy to watch favorite television shows. However, the Aries pet is unable to comply with such requirements...constantly wanting to be outside, human in tow, throwing the Frisbee for hours. In short, this is not the most favorable combination of pet and human.
LIBRA OWNER: Traditionally, this is a combination which works well, but the Aries pet may require a little more managing than the Libra human is interested in supplying. Even though the energies here are unlikely to clash (being a partnership of air and fire), the Aries pet has much more energy than the Libra human. It will be necessary for the Libra human to have patience with this pet in order for the relationship to work out happily for both pet and human.
SCORPIO OWNER: An Aries pet may well be far too out of control for a Scorpio human. In truth, the Aries pet may not necessarily be out of control, but it probably seems that way when this pet is paired with a Scorpio human. Both pet and human possess plenty of energy, but that of the Scorpio human is below the surface while the energy of the Aries pet is right out in the open. If the human here is true to the inherent Scorpio nature, then he or she will be something of a "control freak," which means control of everything, including pets. However, if the Aries pet is true to his or her inherent nature, then he or she will refuse to be controlled...even by an omnipotent and invincible Scorpio human. In short, the relationship between this pair will be anything but fun.
SAGITTARIUS OWNER: This pet and human make for a great pair. Both possess an abundance of energy, both adore any kind of adventure (particularly if it entails going outside) and both pet and human here can frolic together for almost an eternity. Even if the pet is not one with whom the Sagittarius human can "chase rainbows" (such as a horse or a dog), he or she will still feel a strong connecting bond with the fiery Aries pet, due chiefly to similar energies and modus operandi. In short, the Sagittarius human will have endless fun with an Aries pet.
CAPRICORN OWNER: If nothing else, the Capricorn human will appreciate the boundless energy and spunk displayed by the Aries pet, since Capricorn natives value strength and a direct approach. Both human and pet here cope well with being alone, so even though they may be "pals," neither will miss the other while the Capricorn human is away all day doing what he or she does best...making money. The Aries pet will be quite self-sufficient while waiting for the Capricorn human to return home and provide dinner. Indeed, the Aries pet might not even be home when the Capricorn human arrives, but he or she will be back. This pet may roam but is well aware of the home location, simply liking to "come and go" as he or she chooses...rather like the Capricorn human does really. Both pet and human here are rather cold and impersonal by nature, so neither will miss the closeness that other Signs thrive upon. The relationship of the Capricorn human and Aries pet appears to be more businesslike than anything else...friendly but somewhat cool.
AQUARIUS OWNER: The Aquarius human should have a wonderful relationship with an Aries pet. Each will "feed off" the other's exuberance and enjoy actively doing things together. Aquarius natives are quite flexible, so will probably not mind when the Aries pet gets "antsy" and wants his or her human to play or go to the park. In short, this human and pet make for a good pair.
PISCES OWNER: The Aries pet might well prove to be be too much for the Pisces human to handle. This pet possesses a lot of energy and constantly wants to do something with it...primarily something of a rigorously physical nature. If the human here is true to the inherent Pisces nature, then he or she will enjoy nature walks and strolls along the beach, but nothing akin to the tastes of the Aries pet, who likes to "go" until there is literally nothing left to go on (which might well take days). Unless the Aries pet here is of a small species (hamster or parakeet, for example) and easy to manage, the Pisces human may find the need for constant activity quite draining.
ARIES OWNER: The human Aries may have a little too much "going" power for the Taurus pet. Aries natives possess an abundance of energy and though the Taurus pet also has energy, he or she would rather conserve it, staying closer to home while the Aries human is off seeking some new adventure. The free-spirited character of the Aries human may well clash with the Taurus pet, particularly if the pet in question becomes rather bull-headed, refuses to heed what is being said and does exactly what he or she prefers to do.TAURUS OWNER: Neither pet nor human here is likely to want to go out and do much of anything, preferring to simply stay at home, watch television and eat. In short, Taurus subjects like to "stay put." In a human-to-human relationship, this combination is not necesssarily too wonderful since both may end up in the same rut and eventually become bored with one another. However, in a human-to-pet relationship, both will have their "buddy" right next to them all the time, keeping each other company. There will be no complaints...no agitation...just good old "down-home" comfort.
GEMINI OWNER: The Gemini human may expect more from a Taurus pet that the pet can (or chooses to) deliver. The human here is likely to want to teach the pet a myriad of tricks, but the chances are, the pet will refuse to budge. Taurus natives of any species tend to be very set, whereas Gemini natives are very flexible. However, since both Taurus and Gemini are basically good-natured souls, one will eventually give in...and it will most likely be the human.
CANCER OWNER: Human and pet here are homebodies who like to eat and are not big on exercise. Both the Cancer human and the Taurus pet are tender souls, although the human is likely to crave more affection than the pet in this scenario. In addition, given that Cancer is a water sign, the human may often feel the urge to be near water or even jump right in. The Taurus pet will be happy to accompany the Cancer human during such activities. Being an earth sign, this pet will find the water cool and soothing. In short, this is rather a good combination of human and pet.
LEO OWNER: The Leo human is unlikely to encounter any problems with a Taurus pet. For the most part, the pet will defer to the human's wishes...except, of course, when he or she does not want to. The only true downfall of Taurus natives is that they are all extremely stubborn, regardless of species. This will not go over well with Leo, who is also stubborn by nature and even more determined than Taurus to get his or her own way. Thus, the Leo human may need to remind the Taurus pet who is in the position of boss. This may or may not get through to the Taurus pet, but the Leo human will love the pet no matter what. Basically, a Taurus pet is a good pet who will not get in the Leo human's way or will rarely beg, except maybe for food. Taurus pets do not need to be kept busy all the time and, overall, make a quiet companion for the Leo human.
VIRGO OWNER: Virgo humans are usually very fond of Taurus pets since human and pet here are truly alike. Both are even-tempered, well-behaved and adore going for rides in the car. The Virgo human will probably be the one to give in when the Taurus pet is having a "stubborn" session, but Virgo is understanding enough to realize that this is simply an occasional thing. In short, for the most part, the Virgo human and the Taurus pet make a wonderful team.
LIBRA OWNER: The Libra human and Taurus pet should enjoy a pleasant home life together. The relationship itself may not be anything extradordinary, but each will respect the other's space and express sufficient affection for each other to keep the partnership healthy. Taurus natives (regardless of species) are usually too slow and heavy for those governed by air (such as Gemini and Aquarius), but Libra natives tend to be more sedate than their two air sign cousins and enjoy the simple pleasures of home and companionship...including that of any animal.
SCORPIO OWNER: The Scorpio human and Taurus pet will have a pleasant interaction and since both are very contolled characters, neither is likely to get in the way of the other. Even though the enjoyment of each other's company will be mutual, both the Scorpio human and the Taurus pet are sufficiently secure to be alone when the circumstances call for it. Nonetheless, the human here will always be the governing authority...not even a bull-headed Taurus pet will be able to steal the infamous Scorpio thunder.
SAGITTARIUS OWNER: The Taurus pet will probably be far too slow for the taste of a Sagittarius human. Indeed, this pet would rather take a nap than go tilt at giant windmills. The human here is too idealistic and often too "up in the clouds" for the Taurus pet, who is very grounded. There will not be much enthusiasm shown by the Taurus pet for most things...particularly those associated with movement. However, there is an "up" side to this combination. The Sagittarius human is by nature a flexible and forgiving soul and thus, will probably "put up" with the bull-headed Taurus pet, loving him or her regardless.
CAPRICORN OWNER: A Taurus pet is a truly good pet for a Capricorn human. No matter what the species of pet might be here, these two will "hit it off." Although the pet may be somewhat more solicitious toward the human than vice versa, both are reserved souls who enjoy the quiet life. Capricorn will not have to worry about the Taurus pet running around the house like a maniac and this pet will most certainly enjoy certain luxuries...stretching out on the couch or bed, or cuddling with some cozy blankets or pillows, for example. The Capricorn human should try to let down his or her inherent stoicism and "given in" to the self-indulgent Taurus pet...if allowed to live according to what is personally comfortable and natural, the Taurus pet is a much happier pet. In return, the Capricorn human will be the happier for it...and more popular with the pet as well.
AQUARIUS OWNER: The one thing that an Aquarius human and Taurus pet have in common is that both are fixed signs...which means that both are set in their ways. This is not necessarily a good thing when neither is willing to budge. However, if push does come to shove, the human is likely to end up being the flexible one since air (the element of Aquarius) is always easer to manage than earth (the element of Taurus). All that aside, the human here will be much more active than the pet, so there is likely to be a lot of tugging, pushing, cajoling and waiting on the part of the Aquarius human. The Taurus pet is most definitely a creature of the earth. In short, this partnership is often fraught with frustration.
PISCES OWNER: This relationship will be a pleasing one for human and pet since both prefer things to be low-key. Pisces natives thrive on peace and quiet and the Taurus pet will more than likely fit that bill to perfection. The Taurus pet may not be quite as flexible as the Pisces human would like, but with his or her inherently adaptable and understanding ways, the Pisces human will probably "give in" to whatever stand the Taurus pet might take. That aside, the temperaments of both human and pet blend well here...both enjoy the easy life and will probably spend the bulk of time together by relaxing at home or occasionally taking a restful outing. The Taurus pet will make few (if any) demands upon the Pisces human, content to wait (and wait if need be) to be fed, going for a walk, or even being paid any kind of attention. However, the Taurus pet is is unlikely to be kept waiting for long since the Pisces human will be there, doting on his or her "precious" and happily taking care of every need.
ARIES OWNER: This is a good combination for both pet and human. The energy between these two will run high and there is a naturally strong bonding. The Gemini pet will be eager to accompany the Aries human on any venture the human is willing to share with his or her companion...particularly if it involves the outdoors or the learning of new tricks.TAURUS OWNER: This combination is likely to be both interesting and nerve-wracking. Since the Gemini pet operates on an abundance of nervous energy and the Taurus human is likely to be more grounded, the pet here is sure to give the human a run for his or her money. The Gemini pet will probably want to be constantly entertained, either by a variety of toys, learning new tricks or expecting constant human attention. Since the Taurus human would undoubtedly prefer to "stay put," he or she may sometimes feel somewhat frazzled by the Gemini pet...especially if the pet happens to be a dog, bird or monkey.
GEMINI OWNER: This will be a truly magnificent partnership..a pair of souls who are constantly getting into all manner of mischief together. The Gemini human will teach the Gemini pet some tricks and, in turn, the Gemini pet may even teach the Gemini human a trick or two. With both the human and the pet here being on the same mental and physical planes, each will prove to be a great energizer for the other. In short, the Gemini human and the Gemini pet are extremely similar in character and the pet is likely to possess something of a sense of humor (many animals do). Each will feed off the other in this combination and life will be a round of almost endless fun.
CANCER OWNER: The human here is likely to need a lot more attention from the Gemini pet than he or she is probably going to receive. By nature, Gemini natives of all species (including humans) are very frivolous souls who refuse to take things too seriously and do not require (or give) much in the way of affection. Since it is inherent in the Cancer character to be needy, moody, sedate and affectionate, the nervous, very active and inattentive Gemini pet will be far from an ideal choice.
LEO OWNER: This combination will undoubtedly prove to be a good one. The Gemini pet is as flexible as the Leo human and will likely comform to whatever the Leo human suggests...which is exactly how the Leo human likes things to be. The human here will enjoy the pet's yielding manner, to say nothing of the pet's constant sense of fun and frivolity. In short, the Gemini pet will share the Leo human's enthusiasm for adventure and will prove to be a magnificent companion in any variety of activities that the Leo human chooses to undertake.
VIRGO OWNER: Even though the temperaments of the Virgo human and the Gemini pet may not be perfectly matched, these two are likely to share some scintillating moments and the Virgo human is flexible enough to indulge the Gemini pet's desire for short, sweet games and romps. However, the Gemini pet may not have the patience to sit around watching the Virgo human engage in homely activities. Virgo natives like to teach and Gemini subjects are eager to learn, so this is probably where pet and human in this instance will connect the most. The more things the Virgo human can teach to his or her Gemini pet, then the happier both will be and the healthier the relationship. Lack of this type of interaction will probably result in both pet and human driving each other crazy.
LIBRA OWNER: Both pet and human here are air signs, which is favorable for general compatability, but the Libra human will be more sedentary than the Gemini pet who, more often than not, is likely to be very active. There will be some common ground on an actively mental level which will aid communcation between the two, and the Gemini pet will enjoy the endless tricks that the Libra human will tirelessly teach, so both pet and human will enjoy some type of intangible link...although the Libra human is not likely to be able to pinpoint the exact nature of the bond.
SCORPIO OWNER: The Scorpio human will likely tolerate a Gemini pet in the same manner as a babysitter tolerates whoever he or she is babysitting. The human here will appreciate the playful demeanor of the pet up to a point...or until the Scorpio human has "had enough," and it almost goes without saying that once Scorpio natives have "had enough," then it truly is "enough." The Gemini pet will not present much trouble to the Scorpio human when it comes to being disciplined. As much as the pet will enjoy being frivolous and mischievous, the Gemini pet is also a fast learner...particularly with strong-minded humans such as Scorpio. Still, when all is said and done, the Scorpio human will appreciate the Gemini pet for punctuating his or her days with moments of gaiety and lightheartedness.
SAGITTARIUS OWNER: This is a remarkably good combination of pet and human...a pair who will take to each other from the moment they first meet. There is a marvellous chemistry here...temperaments, energy levels and interests all knit very nicely, and there will constantly be fun times because both the Sagittarius human and the Gemini pet are playful by nature.
CAPRICORN OWNER: If the Capricorn human is a carefree soul (which is really something of a contradiction), then he or she may enjoy a frivolous Gemini pet. If not, then a Gemini pet might be exactly what the Capricorn human needs in any event. This pet might actually make the Capricorn human smile...or even laugh...and may encourage this human to get out of a rut by proving that life really can be fun. Although this combination may not be temperamentally suited, there could still be a "certain something" in the relationship to make for good friends. One thing both have in common is that neither tends to emote very much. The Gemini pet will be expressive, at least, but not particularly affectionate. The Capricorn human is not even very expressive and rarely displays affection. However, on the other hand, pet and human here may only rub each other the wrong way in a figurative sense. The pet will be too active and expressive for the Capricorn human...the human (never wanting to go for a walk or indulge in play) will be too "stodgy" for the Gemini pet. In short, this is possibly a good combination...but not one which is likely to turn out very satisfactorily for either.
AQUARIUS OWNER: This combination will indeed prove to be be a fun relationship. Both pet and human operate principally on nervous energy and can frolic almost constantly without tiring each other out. Although the human here is a "fixed" sign and the pet is a "mutable" sign, both are governed by air...which means they have similar tendencies, likes and dislikes. In addition, both Aquarius human and Gemini pet prefer not to get too friendly, so neither will infringe upon the other. There will be a fair amount of attention displayed on both sides, but neither pet nor human will expect much more than what is given. In short, the Aquarius human and the Gemini pet are perfectly capable of entertaining themselves...or each other...while maintaining a relatively healthy distance.
PISCES OWNER: Allthough the Pisces human is likely to be constantly amused by the Gemini pet's spunk, agility and intelligence, he or she may not possess the "wherewithal" to go along with everything that the Gemini nature needs to express. The Gemini pet is very active...both physically and mentally...and will always be looking for something "fun" to do with much eagerness and impatience. The nature of the Pisces human is more in keeping with "lying low" and not indulging in anything too active. At best, this will be something of a "run-of-the-mill" relationship for both pet and human.
ARIES OWNER: A Cancer pet is likely to be somewhat too "soggy" for the fiery Aries human, who wants to run through the park while the pet would rather cuddle up on the sofa. The Cancer pet may also require much more attention than an Aries human is able to muster.TAURUS OWNER: This will be a cozy combination since both human and pet are the "stay-at-home" types. In addition, both are somewhat tactile so the Taurus human will probably not mind at all if the Cancer pet seems to be permanently attached to the human's leg. However, there may well be times when the pet here requires more affection than the somewhat reserved Taurus human can muster. The Cancer pet may whine, yelp, cry, groan, whimper or grunt just enough to cause the Taurus human to lose his or her temper...something a Taurus native does not do very often. Both pet and human will be happy to stay at home, for the most part, and both will enjoy sharing mealtimes since eating is a favorite pasttime for both Cancer subjects and Taurus subjects (regardless of species). It will be important for the human here not to over-indulge the Cancer pet...particularly if the pet is a dog. The sign of Cancer rules the stomach and so this area of the body is especially sensitive and vulnerable to problems.
GEMINI OWNER: The Gemini human may not have the patience...or the time...for the emotional needs of a Cancer pet. By nature, Gemini subjects (regardless of species) are not big on affection whereas Cancer subjects (regardless of species) are just the opposite. The Cancer pet would simply adore being caressed or stroked forever, but the Gemini human's idea of "forever" is probably around ten seconds. Thus, the kind of attention this human would be willing to give a pet governed by the Moon is not in keeping with this pet's inherent desires. Unless there is another human in the household who can "mother" the Cancer pet, then the Gemini human must try to muster a little more affection than he or she is used to giving, or allow the Cancer pet to be adopted by someone who is prepared to shower the little soul with affection. Of course, it would be infinitely preferable if the Gemini human and Cancer pet never embark on the relationship to begin with since they are totally incompatible.
CANCER OWNER: In this relationship, both pet and human can cry together, cuddle together and eat together (though hopefully not to over-indulgence), with both being the better for such companionship. There is a mutual understanding here that most humans fail to comprehend. If the Cancer human is amenable, then the Cancer pet should be allowed to sleep in the same room. In any event, this pet should never be made to sleep alone outside. Human and pet should get along famously in this combination, but there is a danger for such a deep attachment to form that both will forget there is a bigger world beyond the comforts of home.
LEO OWNER: A Cancer pet may be somewhat too "wimpy" for the taste and purposes of a Leo human. By nature, all Leo subjects (regardless of species) are adventurers, full of energy with a zest for life. However, the Cancer pet would prefer to stay at home...taking care of his or her human or vice versa. Although Leo natives are inherently big-hearted and will be appreciative of the sensitive nature of the Cancer pet, it is not in the Leo make-up to sit at home and cater to the "needy" (after all, Leo is by nature the one who expects to be catered to...not the other way round). The Leo human would prefer the Cancer pet to simply "go along with the program" and stop being so "childish." The Cancer pet would willingly oblige, provided this did not involve such strenuous activity. However, all in all, the Cancer pet would rather stay at home.
VIRGO OWNER: A Cancer native and Virgo native will always do well together regardless of the species combination. The Cancer pet and Virgo human will enjoy sharing the comforts of home, but it will be important for the pet stay inside...as close to the human as possible. The Zodiac Sign of Virgo has jurisdiction over all small animals, so this human will probably thoroughly enjoy taking care of a Cancer pet. In turn, the Cancer pet will "lap up" as much care as can be given to him or her. Both pet and human will feel greatly rewarded by each other's companionship in this combination.
LIBRA OWNER: Unless the Libra owner here is an exception to the rule, the inherent nature of this Zodiac Sign will not take too kindly to the Cancer pet's constant need for attention. Libra natives (regardless of species) enjoy companionship on a somewhat "friendly" level and try to keep emotions from getting in the way. A Cancer pet will fail to see it that fashion. This pet will want to be with his or her human all the time, expecting constant care and tenderness. If the Libra human is unable to provide these things, then the Cancer pet will not feel gratified and thus, not a happy or contented companion.
SCORPIO OWNER: A Scorpio human and Cancer pet will probably get along famously with each other. The human will provide the comfort and security upon which a Cancer pet thrives...and the pet will always manage somehow to let the Scorpio human know how important that human is to the pet. In short, this will be a good combination.
SAGITTARIUS OWNER: As wonderful as the Cancer pet might be, the Sagittarius human would probably fare better with a pet who is less demanding in an emotional sense, as well as one who is more energetic and provides more in the way of fun. Nonetheless, given the sympathetic nature inherent in the Sagittarius native (regardless of species), he or she will welcome any animal into the home and then deal with the situation as well as the typical malleable Sagittarius character will allow. The exchange here will not necessarily be the most favorable that could be achieved, but at least the Sagittarius human and Cancer pet will be friends.
CAPRICORN OWNER: Capricorn and Cancer often match up well, whether that match be between humans, animals, or a combination of the two. Interestingly, although the Capricorn human will not be all that emotional, whereas the Cancer pet will be exceedingly so, this is a definite case of "opposites attract." Capricorn natives (regardless of species) tend to be reserved and not very responsive, whereas Cancer natives (again, regardless of species) are prone to being affectionate. Thus, this pet will doubtless want to cuddle much of the time and be as near to his or her human as possible. Dependent upon the psychological make-up of the Capricorn human in question, the sometimes whining, whimpering, needy and clingy Cancer pet will either prove to be an intense annoyance, or a humbling experience...one which could bring the Capricorn human down from his or her lofty perch.
AQUARIUS OWNER: The relationship between an Aquarius human and Cancer pet is not likely to meet with the greatest of success. Aquarius humans have neither the time nor the interest nor the emotional make-up required to deal with a Cancer pet, who requires a lot of time, tenderness and sensitivity. This is not to say that an Aquarius human does not possess these traits...they are simply not at the top of the Aquarius list. Aquarius natives (regardless of species) are very active on a mental level, whereas Cancer natives (again, regardless of species) are likely to be very active on an emotional level. Thus, neither pet nor human here can truly relate to the proclivities of the other. In addition, the Cancer pet is not one for being ignored or left alone all day...things the Aquarius human may have no problem in doing. In short, the relationship between a Cancer pet and Aquarius human is likely to be fraught with snags.
PISCES OWNER: This could be the proverbial "match made in heaven." Both pet and human here provide what the other needs...companionship, affection and care. The Cancer pet will adore cudding up to the Pisces human who, in turn, will welcome any affection displayed by the pet. There is likely to be an abundance of cooing, purring, sighing, licking, pawing, nudging and nibbling here. In short, the atmosphere will always be one of peace and tranquility between this perfect pair.
ARIES OWNER: This will prove to be a truly marvellous combination. The fire element in both human and pet allows for wonderful interaction...particularly when engaging in some type of physical activity. However, it will be important for the Aries owner to remember that he or she is the governing authority...Leo pets sometimes have a tendency to forget that they cannot all be king.TAURUS OWNER: Both human and pet here are "fixed" signs...which means that both have the tendency to be set in their ways and, in this case, the ways may be very different. Being a fire sign, the Leo pet will be set on being active and so, will frequently seek varying forms of high-energy activity. Whether or not the Taurus human will be "up" to such activities is a matter for debate but, in any event, the pet may use his or her "leonine" ways to force the Taurus human to comply. This human may actually find the Leo pet to be quite dazzling regarding the manner in which he or she tries to "run the show," but if the Taurus human is true to his or her inherent nature, then there will be plenty of patience shown toward the pet coupled with much admiration for the beauty of his or her ways. Both the Leo pet and the Taurus human adore luxury so, if the human is not adverse to allowing the pet to recline on the silk chaise lounge, for example, then the Leo pet will be amenable to permitting the Taurus human to relax on the velvet armchair which the Leo pet considers to be his or her throne.
GEMINI OWNER: Human and pet here should get along wonderfully, as long as the Gemini human defers to the Leo pet...or at least makes the pet believe such is happening. Fire (the Leo pet) and air (the Gemini human) always work and play well together. Both possess plenty of energy and stamina. In addition, since both characters tend to be playful together, there is little danger of one rubbing the other the wrong way. However, it is important that the Leo pet not be agitated by the Gemini human. These pets have no problem in letting their human know when he or she is out of line, which could result in a bite or a peck if the Gemini human fails to live up to the Leo pet's high standards of respect.
CANCER OWNER: This could be quite a good combination since both the Cancer human and the Leo pet are bound to be affectionate with each other. The human here will be loving and caring toward the Leo pet, albeit somewhat in awe of his or her energy and elegance. The Leo pet is sure to soak up all the adulation sent in his or her direction and for the Cancer human, this will prove to be no problem. However, there is a danger for this combination to become somewhat unbalanced with the Cancer human doing all the giving and the Leo pet doing most of the self-indulging...not an uncommon thing for a Leo native to do regardless of species.
LEO OWNER: This combination of pet and human could go well or could go badly...it will all depend on how dogmatic both are going to be. If the Leo human and the Leo pet each want their own way...and if neither is prepared to give in...then the relationship is not likely to go well. However, there is one advantage here, the owner is a human...a human Leo will always carry much more clout than a Leo pet. Thus, it will be necessary to convince the pet of that, which may not be easy. If a confrontation does occur and the pet simply refuses to bend to the human's will, then the human here may have to be very strong and let the pet know that he or she really cannot be the governing authority. The pet may have a difficult time in going against his or her true Leo nature at first, but in the end, the pet will come to respect the Leo human and, more importantly, decide to obey. Alternatively, the Leo pet can be so noble as to simply know that the human is his or her superior and that will be sufficient.
VIRGO OWNER: The human here will be obliged to put his or her softer Virgo ways on the back burner when dealing with a Leo pet. This pet can be a wonderful and devoted friend, but it will be necessary for the Virgo human to make sure early on that the Leo pet does not try to "pull rank." Letting any Leo native (regardless of species) know that somebody else is the governing authority can often be difficult for a Leo to take. However, these are noble souls who, in time, will give in. Nevertheless, it is unrealistic to expect the Leo pet to undergo a total metamorphis, since the inherent energy will never cease to exercise some influence over a Leo subject. There may well be times when this pet will try to get the upper hand, but it will be necessary for the Virgo human to bear in mind that this is simply in keeping with the nature of thing. The Leo pet will sense that his or her Virgo human genuinely cares and will usually obey. The only downside here is that the Leo pet may possess more energy than the Virgo human can handle. However, all in all, this is really not a bad combination.
LIBRA OWNER: A Leo pet will bring much enjoyment, admiration and pride to a Libra human. Any human will not need much inventiveness in order to keep this pet entertained since he or she will be rather self-sufficient and literally enjoy simply being alive. Both the Libra human and the Leo pet enjoy being outside, since Leo natives (regardless of species) adore the sun and Libra natives (again, regardless of species) love the outdoors. There will always be beneficial sparks between these two, coupled with a high energy level, an abundance of enthusiasm and good feelings. In short, the relationship of a Libra human with a Leo pet is what could be termed as a "keeper."
SCORPIO OWNER: This relationship works better than one where Scorpio is the pet and Leo is the human. This is due to the fact that the human Scorpio usually possesses a rational side, whereas all pets (regardless of species or Zodiac Sign) do not rationalize anything...and this applies even more so if the pet happens to be a Scorpio. Thus, a Scorpio human will probably fare relatively well with a Leo pet once the ground rules have been set and the Leo pet realizes that the Scorpio human will be the governing authority. However, this pet will need to be "broken in" easily since he or she will not take kindly to having power usurped. Nonetheless, since the Leo pet is basically noble and big-hearted, he or she will eventually defer to the Scorpio human...even though this pet will never forget that he or she is just as tough as the Scorpio human, without having to prove it.
SAGITTARIUS OWNER: A Sagittarius human will not mind the Leo pet's sometimes pompous and dogmatic attitude. Thus, there should be no problems in this relationship. Nonetheless, the Sagittarius human will need to let the Leo pet know that this pet is indeed the "King" or "Queen" of the "kingdom" being surveyed. Since both Sagittarius and Leo are fire signs, there will be a constant high energy level in this relationship, coupled with much excitement and enthusiasm. In short, this is a good mix.
CAPRICORN OWNER: The relationship of a Capricorn human with a Leo pet could be a constant "tug-o-war" regarding who will be in charge. This struggle is unavoidable when both parties involved fall within the influence of Zodiac Signs which render them strong and domineering. The extent to which the Leo pet behaves in such a fashion will be dependent upon the species...some animals will be less of a problem than others. Regardless, even less developed creatures (rabbits, tortoises or ferrets, for example) can and will express the inherent Leo energy...such energy simply not conflicting with the Capricorn human as much as if the animal were a dog, a cat or any other creature which has a strong rapport with humans. Provided the Leo pet is disciplined to understand that the Capricorn human is the governing authority, the Capricorn ranking should remain intact. However, the Leo pet should still be allowed to think that he or she "King" or "Queen" of his or her kingdom, since such is in keeping with the Leo pet's nature. Once roles have been established, the Leo pet will come around to display unparalleled and unwavering devotion and loyalty toward his or her Capricorn human. There could well be a strong bond in this relationship. Each sense the inherent strength of the other and consequently, a mutual respect cannot fail to form.
AQUARIUS OWNER: This relationship could go well since both pet and human here have sparkling personalities. Thus, the Aquarius human and Leo pet can sparkle together. The human will adore the Leo pet's vitality and abundant energy...and the Leo pet will respond in kind to the same traits displayed by the Aquarius human. This pet may want to "rule the roost," but the Aquarius human is happy to allow such to happen and may even enjoy watching the Leo pet prance, strut or march around the house, fully assuming the role of King or Queen. In short, this will be a relationship where human is totally devoted to pet...rather than vice versa.
PISCES OWNER: The Leo pet may be too intense for the Pisces human's docile nature...though this pet will be ever-protective and totally devoted. The human here will take pride in having such a splendid pet...one which has a high energy level and simply cannot be matched. Although the Leo pet will probably meander about while the Pisces human remains within the confines of his or her home, this pair will, at some point, hook up again and relish each other's company. In short, this will be an enjoyable relationship on many levels.
ARIES OWNER: The Aries human here may not have the patience required to deal effectively with the Virgo pet. If the pet is one which normally stays in a cage...a rabbit or bird, for example...then there probably will not be too much of a problem since by nature, Virgo subjects (regardless of species) have no aversion to being alone (rather like Aries characters themselves really). However, if an Aries human is seeking companionship with a Virgo pet, then this is unlikely to make for the best pairing. Aries natives are very carefree and active, while Virgo natives tend to be more sedate and mental. Thus, while the Aries human would rather be out chasing butterflies, for instance, the Virgo pet would probably prefer to be at home tidying-up his or her toys.TAURUS OWNER: This combination makes for a very likely pair. The Taurus human loves being catered to, and the Virgo pet adores taking care of his or her human. Even if the pet's services here are limited due to the species, the Taurus human will still sense that there is a deep caring felt by the pet in question. Taurus natives (regardless of species) like things to be pretty...Virgo natives (regardless of species) like thing to be neat. Thus, the human will never have to worry that the Virgo pet will mess-up the house. This relationship will be a smooth one. The Virgo pet will comply with all of the Taurus human's wishes and will never be anything but devoted and constant. The energies, likes and dislikes of both human and pet in this combination are parallel.
GEMINI OWNER: A Gemini human will communicate famously with his or her Virgo pet. The pet here will be quick to understand and respond to requests, to say nothing of carrying them out in a dutiful manner at all times. Occasionally, however, the Gemini human may come to annoy the demure Virgo pet who, for the most part, prefers to be left alone rather than incessantly "needled" by the mischievous Gemini human. Nonetheless, all in all, the two temperaments here are relatively well suited to each other.
CANCER OWNER: The reciprocity between human and pet here could get out of hand, but should prove to be healthy for both. Since the Cancer human likes to nurture, as does the Virgo pet but in a more cool and detached manner, it will be the human who provides most of the affection. Nonetheless, the Virgo pet will dutifully tend to the needs of his or her human, be there when needed, and never fail to be trustworthy and loyal. Both pet and human enjoy the comforts of home and this should be a compatible relationship with the Virgo pet tending to tone down any potential emotionality.
LEO OWNER: Even though Leo is governed by fire and Virgo by earth, within a human/pet relationship, this combination is not necessarily a totally negative one. The Virgo pet will not have to be told that the Leo human is in charge...he or she will already know that and readily accept the fact. However, the Virgo pet may or may not have a lot of energy since by nature, Virgo subjects (regardless of species) tend to be blessed more with stamina than energy. Thus, if the Leo human decides to take a nice long walk, the Virgo pet might like it, but a long and arduous triathlon would probably not go over too well. Nonetheless, the Virgo pet will obey the Leo human from the very beginning and will continually make an effort to please.
VIRGO OWNER: In human relationships, Virgo does not usually fare well with another Virgo. However, with the combination is pet and human, the compatibility rate rises quite substantially. Both the human and the pet here have much in common. There will be a tendency for both to keep to themselves at times, even though each will often seek out the other's company. This relationship will be close, but neither will get in the other's way. The Virgo pet will not mess up the house and the level of energy will be on a par with that of the Virgo human. The Virgo pet will not be difficult for the Virgo human to train...or to talk...or to understand...or to take care of...or to love.
LIBRA OWNER: The Libra human could get along quite well with a Virgo pet. Both pet and human will understand the other, recognize the other's needs, likes and dislikes...and act accordingly. The Libra human and Virgo pet like the same amount of physical activity (which does not amount to a lot) and neither is particularly "needy" on an emotional level. This combination will fare better than that where the Virgo is the human and the Libra is the pet. The Libra human will probably be more flexible and permissive than a Virgo human would be in the same circumstances. The Libra human will never have to worry about being a disciplinarian with the Virgo pet...he or she knows instinctively how to behave. In short, there is no good reason why this combination of pet and human should not work quite wonderfully.
SCORPIO OWNER: As difficult as both the human and pet in this combination can be, the Scorpio human and Virgo pet get along together remarkably well. Both will be very persnickety characters...the Scorpio human with just about everything, and the Virgo pet with food, where and how he or she sleeps and little annoyances from other pets or humans. Even so, neither one in this particular relationship appears to annoy the other...it is usually other factors that each find annoying. Thus, both the Scorpio human and Virgo pet should do fine together. Although there is a mutual appreciation element to this relationship, both keep out of the other's way and stay as close to each other as a "healthy distance" allows. In short, this is not at all a bad combination.
SAGITTARIUS OWNER: The Sagittarius human needs to be constantly burning up lots of fiery energy. However, it would be unreasonable for this human to expect his or her Virgo pet to want to engage in incessant play. Indeed, the Virgo pet will usually stick his or her nose up in the air at the mere thought of rigorous exercise. Due to this, a Virgo pet would not be the best companion for a Sagittarius human. This pet is bound to be rather sedentary by nature...one who enjoys the comforts of home and nothing more than an occasional walk around the block.
CAPRICORN OWNER: The Virgo pet will prove to be a good companion for a Capricorn human. From the very beginning, the pet here will be well aware that the Capricorn human is the governing authority. This pet will also be very respectful of the Capricorn human and dutifully obey every command. In addition, the cool temperaments of both human and pet match and both feel perfectly comfortable in each other's company. The Capricorn human and Virgo pet like to stay at home, for the most part...this pet is not big on trail-blazing and neither is this human. If the human here is true to his or her inherent Capricorn nature, then a Virgo pet may well be the ideal companion.
AQUARIUS OWNER: An Aquarius human will love the Virgo pet, but will probably not quite know what to do with him or her. In character, the Virgo pet is vastly different from the Aquarius human...or different from how the Aquarius human expects a pet to be. The Virgo pet is calm, quiet and sweet...the dream of an Aquarius human is to have a pet who is lively, a little on the boisterous side and not necessarily quite so sweet. The human here wants to have fun...the pet would rather have a quiet dinner. In short, this will be something of a strange relationship, to say the least.
PISCES OWNER: There will be a marvellous chemistry between the Pisces human and the Virgo pet...other than the latter may be a trifle standoffish, which is something a Pisces human does not particularly take well (at least when it comes to pets). Both human and pet here will be inclined to spend quiet time together...just puttering around the house, for example. The human will happily take good care of the pet and, in turn, the pet will provide love and tenderness to the human...unless it happens to be one of those days when the picky Virgo influence makes him or her somewhat aloof. Both Pisces human and Virgo pet will enjoy trying out the same foods, lazing by the pool or in the grass, or just snoozing together on the couch. In short, this relationship comes with a very nice exchange of energies.
ARIES OWNER: This combination of human and pet allows for much openness and bonding. Both are basically free spirits and this can make for a wonderful relationship. The Libra pet may possibly be somewhat demanding of the Aries human's time (since Libra is by nature a social soul), but because the pet here will not stomp on the human's emotional coolness (preferring simply to have his or her human around), then Aries probably will not feel particularly hampered in any way. In short, this is a rather good combination.TAURUS OWNER: The Taurus human will value a Libra pet's sense of serenity and calm. Although this is an intelligent pet, the airy nature of Libra does not result in out-of-control characters (as do the other air signs of Gemini and Aquarius). Instead, the Libra pet will be quietly alert and ready for any interaction proposed by the Taurus human. Since Taurus is not inherently a particularly physically active sign, this human will enjoy the calmess afforded by the Libra pet and find this pet's mental acuteness very refreshing.
GEMINI OWNER: The Gemini human should experience no problems whatsoever with a Libra pet since both pet and human here resonate to the same music. Both are more mental than physical...yet, there will be no resistance from the Libra pet should the Gemini human wish to go for a skip around the block, particularly if there are other "creatures" out there with whom the pet can socialize. This combination makes for a strong camaraderie in both a mental and physical sense. The energies will flow smoothly and there should rarely, if ever, be any snags in this relationship.
CANCER OWNER: Since both pet and human enjoy the comforts of home as well as companionship, this should be a relatively good relationship. However, the Libra pet prefers "togetherness" in a somewhat more distanced manner than might suit the Cancer human. A Libra pet likes to know that his or her human is around, but the Cancer human would probably prefer to have more of a personal contact with the Libra pet. Thus, there will have to be a compromise but the pet will probably win. In short, Libra pets are simply not very affectionate souls and the Cancer human will have to look elsewhere when in need of "a shoulder to cry on."
LEO OWNER: Both the Leo human and the Libra pet feel the need for a family...even if the family consists only of pet and human. Both need companionship and since air (element of Libra) and fire (element of Leo)work well together, this relationship should prove to be very rewarding. The Libra pet will be perfectly content to allow the Leo human to lead...as long as the human does not mind waiting for the pet to "stop and smell the roses" every once in a while.
VIRGO OWNER: Both Virgo natives and Libra natives (regardless of species) have a desire to keep the peace and neither is big on "making waves." The Libra pet will be quite amenable to the ways of the Virgo human, and even if the human might be somewhat demanding on occasion, this pet will simply take such in his or her stride. The Libra pet may even provide a small nudge of reassurance and then something of a tail-wag or little meow to let the Virgo human know he or she is still loved. Although Virgo is a "mutable" sign, these subjects are not necessarily very flexible and may be a tad too finicky or nit-picking for the Libra pet, who is not terribly concerned with details. It will be important for the Virgo human to give this pet some slack...allow him or her on the sofa every now and again or permit the Libra pet to sit next to the human during mealtimes. The Libra pet is brimming with love and should be given free rein to express it in his or her own way.
LIBRA OWNER: The Libra human and Libra pet will constantly enjoy what could be termed as a "jolly old time." This combination naturally clicks, regardless of the species of pet. This relationship will be one of endless fun...either indulging in laziness, prancing around the garden, or simply engaging in a mental exchange. In short, this will be one fun combination.
SCORPIO OWNER: A Scorpio human would probably find any pet governed by the element of air to be somewhat on the flighty and unstable side. However, of all three air signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius), the Scorpio human would fare best with a Libra pet. This pet will not be as serious as his or her Scorpio human, but the Libra pet's admiration and devotion will help keep this relationship afloat. The Libra pet may well be more vociferous than his or her Scorpio human but, then again, the human here is not altogether easy to get along with either. Even though both pet and human may grate on each other's nerves from time-to-time, the love bond in this relationship is not likely to be broken.
SAGITTARIUS OWNER: The energies between pet and human here are compatible...as are interests, to a certain extent. However, the keyword of a Sagittarius native (regardless of species) is "action," whereas the keywords of a Libra native (regardless of species) tend to be "laziness," "comfort" and "a little bit of action." The Sagittarius human is free to engage the Libra pet in anything desired...provided it is not for an extended period of time. Neither pet nor human here will demand much in the way of affection from each other...both are relatively "cool" characters in that department. In short, this is not a bad match.
CAPRICORN OWNER: A Libra pet could add some "zip" to the staid life of a Capricorn human, who will like this pet because the Libra pet is not by nature hyper-kinetic. However, the Libra pet will be quite active and is bound to bring some life and sparkle into the relationship with a human governed by Capricorn. This pet's gentle and sociable manner will melt the cool Capricorn heart and this human will like the Libra pet's affectionate nature...which is neither too cold nor too "mushy" to suit the taste of a Capricorn native. In short, this pet will exhibit the perfect amount of affection needed to add some flexibility to the stiff Capricorn character.
AQUARIUS OWNER: The Libra pet and Aquarius human are similar in many ways. Both are more mental than physical and both like to have fun. However, although both human and pet here are governed by the element of air, the Libra pet will be more gentle and grounded than the Aquarius human. This pet thrives on companionship, even though he or she will not be particularly tactile. Thus, it will be necessary for the Aquarius human to at least summon a sufficient amount of affection for this pet in order to let the Libra pet know that he or she is cared for. Although Aquarius humans prefer to do things on their own most of the time, a Libra pet will nevertheless be a suitable companion. Indeed, it may well be that the human proves to be the one seeking out the pet in the end in order to spend some quality time together.
PISCES OWNER: The Libra pet enjoys a relationship factor in his or her life, but will not necessarily feed into much of the affection or warm responsiveness that the Pisces human likes from a pet. Being a sociable soul, the Libra pet will want communication from his or her human. This pet wants to be talked to and sung to. In short, if a Libra pet is the object of focus in a communicative way, then he or she will be a very happy pet indeed. However, it is not wise for a Pisces human to expect a whole lot in return from the Pisces pet...particularly in terms of cuddles and caresses. The Pisces pet is governed by the element of air and is not very tactile, whereas Pisces is governed by the affectionate and tactile element of water. Nevertheless, there will still be quality time together in this relationship. Each will enjoy being in the company of the other and there will always be a warm, lasting sense of companionship. In short, the Libra pet and Pisces human will share a friendly exchange with few or no snags to get in the way.
ARIES OWNER: This combination is a somewhat unlikely blend of energies. The Aries human is often capricious and may find the Scorpio pet to be rather on the "heavy" side. Scorpio natives (regardless of species) like to remain behind the scenes, and this pet may frequently be found lurking at the back of the sofa or hiding out in the closet. It is inherent in the Aries nature to get right out in the open and "take the tiger by the tail," so to speak. The Scorpio pet refuses to be bothered with such trivialities, preferring to indulge in schemes of how to gain full access to food or how to stay out of sight, for example. In short, there is little if any compatability in the Aries human and Scorpio pet combination.TAURUS OWNER: The relationship between a Taurus human and Scorpio pet should be a very pleasant one. Neither pet nor human is apt to want to go romping through the woods or blazing trails...at least, not very often or for any length of time. Both are relatively affectionate and will harbor strong feelings for each other. Indeed, such affection is easily sensed from a Scorpio pet. Even though the Taurus human's emotions may run deep, such emotions appear to be easily controlled by both pet and human in this combination, so there is unlikely to be too many outbursts or uncontrollable displays of emotion on either side.
GEMINI OWNER: The comination of a Gemini human with a Scorpio pet will, at the very least, be an interesting one, particularly since it is inherent in the Scorpio nature of all species to control things. It is lucky that the Gemini character is not normally a demanding one, thus resulting in next-to-no friction in this relationship. The Scorpio pet will do whatever he or she wishes to do...and when he or she wishes to do it. It may be that the pet here appears to be too mellow for the Gemini human but, in actuality, the Scorpio pet is right on top of things, quietly checking everything to ensure that all is in order. Scorpio pets tends to be smarter than most humans realize and will perceive his or her Gemini human as someone who indulges in frivolous and senseless behavior. This pet truly has no use for any interaction involving learning tricks or playing "fetch." In truth, he or she feels far too superior for such activities. The best thing a Gemini human can do with a Scorpio pet is simply to allow the pet to do his or her "own thing."
CANCER OWNER: Since Scorpio and Cancer are water signs, both pet and human here will be very emotional and feeling. However, the Scorpio pet will not be as demonstrative as the Cancer human. Even though the deep feelings and unwavering devotion of the pet will be there, the Cancer human in this relationship may not always see it, tending to "feel" it more than anything else. Scorpio natives (regardless of species) possess a keen sense of perception...something akin to extrasensory perception...so this pet will often sense the needs or wishes of the Cancer human and do whatever is in his or her power to help. It will be important for the Cancer human to pay close attention to how the Scorpio pet relates to him or her. In short, this pet may well be quite uncanny in relating to his or her Cancer human. This is almost certain to be a good relationship.
LEO OWNER: This relationship will, at the very least, be an interesting one. Both Leo and Scorpio (regardless of species) like to lead, are relentless characters and "strong as nails." Even though the Leo here is a human, the Scorpio pet will have an incredible talent for manipulating the Leo human (or a given situation) in order to get his or her own way. For example, if the human takes away the pet's old food...food that he or she likes...and replaces it with new food, expecting that the pet will eventually eat it, then the Leo human will meet with little success. A Scorpio pet would rather die than give into something he or she does not want to do. The new food will not be eaten and thus, the human will begin to worry, which is exactly what the Scorpio pet wants the human to do. Consequently, the old food is provided once more...and the Scorpio pet has become the winner. A Leo human has definitely met his or her match when it comes to a Scorpio pet.
VIRGO OWNER: This combination of Virgo human and Scorpio pet could likely spend all day staring at one another...each trying to figure out the other. However, if luck prevails, both will rise above all such intrigue and truly enjoy each other's company. There is no reason why the Scorpio pet and Virgo human should not get along well. To some extent, the human here may even be able to identify with the pet...both are somewhat quiet, very observant and can be really nasty characters. Once such is realized, then it will be the task of the Virgo human to establish the right relationship. The Scorpio pet should never be antagonized or challenged. He or she also should not be made to accept that the human here is the governing authority...things should be on an equal footing to maintain harmony. The aim of the Virgo human should be to constantly keep the Scorpio pet happy. If nothing else, this combination makes for an interesting relationship.
LIBRA OWNER: The Libra human here may well feel a "certain something" for the Scorpio pet, but may be rather unsure as to what that "something" might be. There is truly not much in common between this pet and human. The Scorpio pet will prefer to keep to himself or herself for the most part, but Libra natives (regardless of species) usually require some type of interaction. Libra subjects like to be friendly and companionable, whereas the Scorpio pet could really not care less about such things. Indeed, there is a good chance that this pet will simply glare at his or her Libra human with those inherently penetrating eyes, as if to say "Leave me alone." Lots of luck would be required to make this relationship work.
SCORPIO OWNER: A Scorpio human will rarely get along well with another Scorpio human. However, a Scorpio human coupled with a Scorpio pet could make for an interesting relationship. The depth and success of this relationship will depend greatly upon how firmly the inherent tenacity, aloofness and zeal of Scorpio is entrenched in the nature of both pet and human. The human here will probably be easily able to gauge this...and may even find it to be a rather interesting proposition, given that Scorpio natives are natural-born psychologists. If the Scorpio pet is every bit as overpowering and set as the Scorpio human...and the human wishes to remain friends with the pet...then this may be a good chance for the human to learn how to back down since, chances are, the Scorpio pet almost certainly refuse to do so. SAGITTARIUS OWNER: It would truly be a miracle if a Sagittarius human were able to get along with a Scorpio pet on any level. Sagittarius natives (regardless of species) are extremely flexible souls, whereas Scorpio natives (regardless of species) are exceedingly set characters. The Scorpio pet here will always try to get his or her own way and will never defer to the Sagittarius human. Even though this human might be strong and forceful, it is not inherent in the Sagittarius nature to be domineering or controlling. Thus, the Sagittarius human is unlikely to feel much affection toward the Scorpio pet, since the human does not necessarily find this pet to be all that ingratiating.
CAPRICORN OWNER: In many ways, the Scorpio pet and Capricorn human are rather similar. Both like to dominate, both are somewhat cold and aloof (although the feelings of a Capricorn human will run deeper than those of a Scorpio pet), both are rather sneaky, and both will be set in their ways. There is a good chance that this relationship will succeed since both pet and human here appear to relate to each other and both will simply resort to doing what he or she chooses to do. For example, if the Scorpio pet wishes to go for a walk, then he or she will do so...with or without the Capricorn human. Indeed, Scorpio pets are rather talented when it comes to doing things on their own and probably even prefer it that way. However, the Scorpio pet is not one to be trusted...likely to steal a forbidden item of food when the human is not looking, for instance, even though this pet will be fully aware that the item in question was not supposed to be touched. In short, it is never wise to underestimate a Scorpio native, regardless of species. All in all, however, the Capricorn owner will never cease to be either amused or baffled by the Scorpio pet.
AQUARIUS OWNER: If the Aquarius here were the pet and Scorpio the human, there would be reason for concern. However, with this combination, it may not be quite so bad. Even though the Scorpio pet may be very observant of the seemingly strange Aquarius human ways of doing things, this will not "phase" him or her. Indeed, the Scorpio pet will simply take this in stride and then go along about his or her business. There is not likely to be much interaction between pet and human in this relationship...but neither would probably want it any other way since both need their respective space. Even so, the Aquarius human would probably prefer a pet possessed of more spunk and liveliness rather than a vigilant, reclusive and enigmantic Scorpio. In short, this will probably prove to be a rather strange pairing.
PISCES OWNER: This relationship will be comfortable and comforting, pet and human here blending like warm milk and honey. The energy of the Pisces human will help the Scorpio pet to make a "bowl of Jell-O" out of what could otherwise be a "bed of nails." The intrinsic cold and detached manner of all Scorpio natives (regardless of species) comes undone beneath the soft, gentle and benevolent influence of Pisces. Neither Pisces human nor Scorpio pet is terribly active in a physical sense and each will welcome tender gestures of affection from the other. In short, the relationship between Pisces human and Scorpio pet is built to last.
ARIES OWNER: A Sagittarius pet is probably the best "buddy" an Aries human could hope to have. Whatever the human wants to do, the pet will be right there...albeit maintaining a healthy distance. Sagittarius is a "mutable" sign, so any pet born with this characteristic will happily go along with anything his or her Aries human would like...and be doubly happy if it involves a lot of physical activity.TAURUS OWNER: A Taurus human and Sagittarius pet is something of an incongruous combination...somewhat akin to the relationship between a Taurus human and an Aries pet. The human here is likely to be in awe of the pet's physical agility, strength and energy...even though it may tire out the Taurus human just to watch. Being under the influence of a "mutable" sign, the Sagittarius pet will be quite adaptable. Thus, even if the pet would rather not partake of a particular activity, he or she will generally go along with the plan. However, a hyperactive Sagittarius pet may be more than the sedate temperament of the Taurus human can handle. Nonetheless, the Taurus human will cherish the noble ways of the Sagittarius pet and, in turn, the pet will feel safe and secure with the solid and kindly manner of the Taurus human.
GEMINI OWNER: A Sagittarius pet will be the dream companion for a Gemini human. In short, this is a perfect combination. There is not much more that can be added to the above statements, except to say that this pairing could very easily become the best of friends.
CANCER OWNER: A Satittarius pet is probably not going to be the best companion for a Cancer human. The Sagittarius pet requires much physical activity and it is unlikely that the human here will be able to keep up in when it comes to exercise. That aside, the Sagittarius pet is probably not going to be around long enough for there to be much in the way of emotional bonding, which is important to the Cancer human. This pet would much rather leave such "mushy stuff" by the wayside and embark upon an adventure.
LEO OWNER: A Leo human will get along marvellously with a Sagittarius pet. First and foremost, the human will be the boss here. Then, a Sagittarius pet adores to have fun, just like the Leo human, and will possess as much energy. In addition, this pet is very pliable and so, will probably like anything the Leo human suggests. This human will not mind chasing the pet all over the backyard while the pet makes attempts to escape...to the Leo human, this is nothing but an exciting challenge (something Leo natives, regardless of species, cannot live without). If the Sagittarius pet is a dog, then it is likely that this combination with be pals for life and there will be a very healthy camaradie...one that is seldom experienced even between humans. In short, this will be the type of relationship where the Leo human says "Jump" and the Sagittarius pet responds with "How high?"
VIRGO OWNER: The Sagittarius pet will most probably prove to be a little too wild for the taste of the Virgo human. Virgo natives (regardless of species) like to direct their energies in a methodical and quiet manner, whereas Sagittarius natives (again, regardless of species) prefer a gregarious and ubiquitous approach. The Virgo human will want to stay put and get things done, but the Sagittarius pet will probably have an entirely different agenda...one which will likely involve some type of physical activity. It will be difficult for the Virgo human to keep this pet quiet while he or she is busy with all the Virgo-appointed chores. In short, the energetic Sagittarius pet will want to "go" and the Virgo human will want to "stay" or, the Virgo human will want to work while the Sagittarius pet will want to play. A Sagittarius pet prefers to be constantly active, but the Virgo human can only take that in short doses. All in all, this relationship could easily turn into something of a tug-o-war between pet and human.
LIBRA OWNER: The Libra human will enjoy a Sagittarius pet...but only in small spurts. The high energy level of this pet will rouse the Libra human out of his or her inherent lethargy from time-to-time...energizing this human for all of approximately fifteen minutes before he or she feels as though enough exercise has been taken for the day and returns to reading a book, watching television or talking on the telephone. However, the Sagittarius pet will continue to wait for the Libra human to come back and throw the squeaky toy another six hundred times to it can be retrieved another six hundred times. The Sagittarius pet is sure to wear out any Libra human, but the Libra human is sure to love his or her pet just the same.
SCORPIO OWNER: The Scorpio human and Sagittarius pet both possess plenty of energy, but it is directed in different ways. Nonetheless, this relationship could be quite a wonderful experience, provided the human can keep up with the pet. The Sagittarius pet will probably be "all over the place," while the Scorpio human tends to be set, fixed and aimed in one direction. Thus, either human or pet will need to bend and, since such a word rarely (if ever) exists in the vocabulary of a Scorpio native (regardless of species), it will invariably be the Sagittarius pet doing all the bending. Consequently, the Scorpio human may have a difficult time in keeping this pet quiet most of the time.
SAGITTARIUS OWNER: The Sagittarius human and Sagittarius pet will experience what could be termed as a "grand old time." If there is such a thing existant between pet and human, then this could well be a relationship of "soul mates." Both pet and human will constantly be on the same wave length and probably clicked from day one. The relationship is likely to be based primarily on physical activity since both adore to run, hop, skip, jump and swim together. In short, there will be nothing amiss in this particular pairing.
CAPRICORN OWNER: The Sagittarius pet will probably be far too active and volatile for a Capricorn human and such a relationship is unlikely to run smooth. In addition, the stoic ways of a Capricorn human may not be too healthy for a Sagittarius pet who simply wants to run around and play all day instead of sitting around the house (which is well-night impossible in any event for a pet governed by Sagittarius), watching his or her Capricorn human add up numbers on the computer. The Satittarius pet should belong to a human who is active, always on the move and likes to take his or her pet along. If the Sagittarius pet is one who is not so inclined (such as a rabbit, for example), the Capricorn human will still have his or her hands full because this pet will still be very active...sometimes to the point of being uncontrollable. Since it is virtually impossible for Capricorn natives (regardless of species) to change their ways, the very character associated with this sign may lead to a Sagittarius pet simply being too much of a handful.
AQUARIUS OWNER: The Aquarius human will have a lot of fun with a Sagittarius pet. The energies here blend harmoniously and there is seldom (if ever) any friction between pet and human in this relationship. The Sagittarius pet will be flexible enough to go along with any strange ideas the avant garde mind of the Aquarius human might conjure up. In addition, both Sagittarius pet and Aquarius human are full of energy...although the human may not possess the physical stamina of his or her pet. At the end of the day, however, this is something that can be worked out and is unlikely to make any difference to what will undoubtedly be a marvellous relationship.
PISCES OWNER: To a Pisces human, the ideal image of the perfect pet is one who is gentle, calm, sensitive and responsive in an affectionate way. The chances of finding such traits in a Sagittarius pet are nil...or close to none. The Satittarius pet will definitely be responsive, but chiefly in a physical and aggressive manner, devoid of any sense of connectivity with his or her human. Unless the pet here is far above average, there is not likely to be much in the way of tenderness or emotional feedback...characteristics which are paramount to a Pisces human. The Sagittarius pet possesses far too much "fire" for the watery Pisces nature and there is not much chance for a successful relationship in this instance.
ARIES OWNER: The Capricorn pet might not be as energetic as an Aries human would like. In actuality, the Capricorn pet does have plenty of energy, but it is stored energy, so this pet may not burn out as quickly as the Aries human. The Capricorn pet also may not move as fast as the temperament of the Aries human might like, but such a pet does have the tendency to keep going and going.TAURUS OWNER: The Taurus human will get along so famously with the Capricorn pet, that the human here may sometimes wonder if the pet was sent from heaven. Both are earth signs and so, are bound to "hit it off" from the beginning. In terms of temperament, Taurus natives (regardless of species) and Capricorn natives (regardless of species) are very similar...there is not a lot of emotion and a tendency to be slow to anger, for example. The Capricorn nature is inherently cold, so there will be little affection displayed by this pet...but the Capricorn pet will not expect much (if any) affection from his or her Taurus human either.
GEMINI OWNER: There is probably only one thing in common between a Gemini human and Capricorn pet...neither is particularly warm or affectionate. This is not to say that neither pet nor human have feelings...just that both prefer not to expose such feelings. In a more positive sense, there will be no "locking of horns" here. It is inherent in the Capricorn nature (regardless of species) to be very determined and unswerving in personal desires. The Gemini character (regardless of species) tends to be bored very easily and can quickly change from one interest to another. Thus, this is where a Gemini human and Capricorn pet may not see eye-to-eye. The Capricorn pet may spend hours trying to locate something and refuse to give up until the object is found...for a dog, this could be a buried bone, or for a cat, a particularly elusive mouse. If the Gemini human has other items on the agenda which also include the Capriocorn pet, then the human may have a hard time tearing the pet away from his or her extremely important and self-imposed task. Since it is also inherent in the Capricorn nature to run things, it will not be easy to sway this pet away from what he or she wishes to do.
CANCER OWNER: A Cancer human and Capricorn pet are likely to get along together quite well, which is somewhat surprising given that the human is a warm and affectionate soul, whereas the pet will be just the opposite. However, astrologically speaking, the energies between these two signs (regardless of species) appear to blend rather nicely. Thus, even though the Capricorn pet may seem distant, the Cancer human will still feel somehow connected and most definitely in tune with the pet. A case of opposite attract, perhaps.
LEO OWNER: In any relationship (regardless of species), there can only be one true captain...one true master...and it would be wise for the Leo human here to let the Capricorn pet know that right from the start. A Capricorn pet can be a delightful pet, as long as he or she is not constantly bent on having his or her own way. Unlike the Leo human, this pet will be cold and somewhat aloof...not a very favorable beginning. The Capricorn pet is masterful in getting a human to cater to his or her desires. If this pet wants water, for example, then he or she is liable to throw the dish around until it either breaks or the water is supplied. If the pet here is true to his or her inherent Capricorn nature, then he or she will be relentless in demanding what is desired. The Capricorn pet has little style and virtually no grace...all this pet ever has is purpose and a goal...usually at the expense of his or her human.
VIRGO OWNER: The Capricorn pet and Virgo human will probably get along quite well. The temperaments here are similar and each will enjoy the company of the other, since both the Virgo human and the Capricorn pet are mild in manner. The human and pet here can usually remain very content close to each other, but within the personal little world that each will personally maintain. This pet has no need to constantly be around his or her human, or do anything contrary to what the human is happily doing. Neither the Virgo human nor the Capricorn pet are terribly effusive, but this works favorably since neither pet nor human relate that well to displays of emotion. In this relationship, each will provide the other with an adequate amount of affection (albeit that the Virgo human is likely to supply such in greater abundance than is the Capricorn pet) and both will accept that as a satisfactory, comfortable interaction.
LIBRA OWNER: If a Libra human were looking for a pet as unlike the Libra character as it could possibly be, then such will be found in a Capricorn pet. Libra natives (regardless of species) like to enjoy life...to play, relax, chat and spend "easy time." However, this totally goes against the grain of a Capricorn pet. This pet maintains the coldness, aloofness, strong earthiness and heaviness which is inherent in all Capricorn natives (regardless of species). This is something that the Libra human may not take to very well. In short, the nature of the Capricorn pet is antithetical to that of his or her Libra human, and the human here would truly be better off with no pet at all if the only choice is one governed by Capricorn.
SCORPIO OWNER: The Capricorn pet can either be very shy and retiring or exceedingly determined and pushy. If the pet in question falls into the first category, then a Scorpio human may not have enough patience and simply allow the pet to do his or her "own thing." If the Capricorn pet falls into the second category, then the human will have to gather all of the inherent Scorpio power to remain on his or her toes when it comes to this pet. Regardless of category, the human here probably will not take to the cold nature of this pet and the pet really could not care less that the Scorpio human is an all-powerful, all-knowing, indomitable individual. The Capriocorn pet will do exactly as he or she wants...when he or she wants...how he or she wants...where he or she wants...for as long as he or she wants...and no Capricorn (regardless of species) can take longer to do something. Any Scorpio owner would definitely need to be leery of a Capricorn pet.
SAGITTARIUS OWNER: A Capricorn pet could prove to be a "real drag" for any Sagittarius human. The Sagittarius human needs a pet who likes to move a lot. Capricorn pets do move, but rarely quick enough to suit the Sagittarius human. This pet is not real big on doing what others want him or her to do either. He or she has an incredibly strong mind-set so, if aimed in a particular direction, nothing can sway this pet from his or her destination...whether that destination be the swimming pool, food dish, top of the hill, or even human companion. A Capricorn pet really does like a Sagittarius human...it is just that the pet has difficulty in figuring out this particular human. Such a relationship could actually be rather comical...but only if one happens to be on the outside looking in.
CAPRICORN OWNER: The Capricorn human and Capricorn pet will feel comfortable with each other. The Capricorn pet will be quite content to linger patiently near the Capricorn human at a safe "Capricorn distance," and the human here will not necessarily even have to provide a bed for this pet, since he or she is a stoic soul (rather like the human counterpart) and would rather lie on the hard, cold floor. If the pet in this instance happens to be a cat, then the human may not even know that this feline is around. Indeed, a Capricorn cat is a perfect example of the generally perceived stereotypical feline character...cold, aloof and unapproachable. In short, the relationship of a Capricorn pet with a Capricorn human is nothing short of pairing of twins.
AQUARIUS OWNER: The Aquarius human is likely to view the Capricorn pet as something of "wet blanket." This pet will not be overly-interested in sharing time with the Aquarius human (or anyone at all really), since he or she like to keep to himself or herself and stay secluded for the most part. In addition, the energy level of a Capricorn pet is not particularly high...at least nowhere near as high as the Aquarius human. In this relationship, it would not be unusual most of the time for the pet to be at one end of the house and the human at the other...unless, of course, the Capricorn pet wants to eat (in which case, the human will be continually pestered until the pet gets what he or she wants). In short, this is far from a match made in heaven.
PISCES OWNER: The earthy nature of the Capricorn pet will blend well with the watery ways of a Pisces human. This pet will bask in the Pisces human's soothing company and his or her inherent Capricorn tendencies are likely to be softened simply by being with a Pisces human...receiving comfort and care in an almost magical way which is easily mastered by the Pisces human. The Capricorn pet may appear very obstinate at time but again, the deep insight, patience and understanding of the Pisces human will work wonders on rounding-out the Capricorn pet's sharp edges. There really is not too much that will need to be worked out between pet and human in this relationship since the energies of both Capricorn and Pisces are naturally harmonious. If the Capricorn pet should become stubborn, then the cool and still waters of the Pisces human will soothe any trouble spots that this crusty and earthy pet may have. In short, this is a potentially pleasing relationship for both pet and human.
ARIES OWNER: The relationshp between an Aries human and Aquarius pet should work out rather well. Both have an abundance of energy...although the Aquarius pet operates mostly on nervous energy which, at some point, could drive the Aries human somewhat crazy. The human here may have to keep an eye on the Aquarius pet to make sure that he or she is in step...particularly if the activity is a brisk walk or a swim.TAURUS OWNER: If there is one pet likely to push a Taurus human over the edge, it is an Aquarius pet. The infamous Taurus endurance may actually run out if forced to deal with a pet governed by Aquarius...particularly one that does not live in a cage. If this human were less earthy and grounded, then he or she might consider this Aquarius pet with the erratic tendencies to be rather cute, but the Taurus nature does not take well to energy which is not channeled. The Taurus human prefers a pet who is responsive or who, at the very least, realizes the Taurus human is around. In short, this is not a very favorable combination of pet and human.
GEMINI OWNER: An Aquarius pet could prove to be a lot of fun for the Gemini human. Although Aquarius is a "fixed" sign and Gemini is a "mutable" sign, both pet and human are governed by air...which means they have similar tendencies, likes and dislikes. Both the Gemini human and Aquarius pet will operate on nervous energy, so neither is likely to tire out the other. It could well be that the Aquarius pet is not as focused as the Gemini human would like, but the human cannot fail to enjoy the fun-loving and friendly manner of an Aquarius pet. However, since neither pet nor human tend to get overly-friendly, neither will infringe upon the other and there will be a fair amount of attention given on both sides without either expecting much more. In short, both the Aquarius pet and Gemini human are capable of entertaining themselves...or each other...while still maintaining a relatively health distance.
CANCER OWNER: In this scenario, the Cancer human may wonder at times whatever possessed him or her to get an Aquarius pet in the first place. This pet will be everything that goes against the grain of the Cancer human and neither will be happy.
LEO OWNER: An Aquarius pet will be akin to a breath of fresh air for a Leo human. The human will like the spontaneity of this pet but, at times, may feel as though he or she is somewhat detached and possibly "spacey." There may not be extreme feelings of connectivity here for the Leo human, but there will be the sensing of some type of strong bond which will make for the Leo human and the Aquarius pet to be best friends.
VIRGO OWNER: The Virgo human is far too organized and sedate to put up with the likes of an Aquarius pet for very long. In short, this pet will be way too much for the Virgo human to handle since the Aquarius pet is often out of control, not very responsive to his or her human, and will totally throw the Virgo human off his or her stable system of getting things done. This is a far from promising combination.
LIBRA OWNER: Although a Libra human may sometimes observe the Aquarius pet and question the sanity of such pet, he or she will still find the pet to be engaging, interesting and strangely attractive to the eye. The Aquarius pet will constantly capture the attention of a Libra human, either due to the pet's unpredictably erratic behavior or because of some peculiar quirk that the Libra human cannot seem to fathom. However, unlike humans who are governed by other Signs of the Zodiac, the Libra human is likely to be less annoyed by the presence of an Aquarius pet. For the most part, the exchange of energies in this partnership will be healthy and most certainly invigorating.
SCORPIO OWNER: An Aquarius pet is probably too scattered for the Scorpio human's directed and very focused way of doing things. This pet is unlikely to center his or her attention on the Scorpio human...much to said human's chagrin...and frankly, this pet is unlikely to focus on much of anything. The Aquarius pet will probably drive any Scorpio human crazy, assuming the human here does not ignore the pet altogether...which would not be unusual under such circumstances. In short, this pet would really be much better off in another home.
SAGITTARIUS OWNER: The Sagittarius human and Aquarius pet will be great together. There will be no rules, no "wet blankets," no limits...and no peace. But then, by nature, neither Sagittarius nor Aquarius needs anything akin to peace. The relationship here will be a harmonizing one which may appear odd to everyone else, but both pet and human will be perfectly comfortable. In short, the Aquarius pet could well turn out to be the best friend a Satittarius human could ever have.
CAPRICORN OWNER: This is a most unlikely pairing and the Aquarius pet could well push a Capricorn human "over the edge," if the Capricorn human were not so cool that he or she would never jump. Instead, the human here will simply contain himself or herself and then place an advertisement in the newspaper for someone to come and adopt this pet who is totally "wacky" and completely uncontrollable...or, at least, uncontrollable by Capricorn human standards. In short, almost any pet of any other Zodiac Sign would be more suited to the Capricorn nature than one governed by Aquarius.
AQUARIUS OWNER: This relationship could probably be best described as "two peas in a pod." Both pet and human here will perfectly understand the quirks and idiosyncrases of the other...twin souls who can watch neon lights together for hours and then, in a semi-frenzied state, run around the block ten times at two o'clock in the morning. Even if the Aquarius pet in question is not quite "up" to such activities, there is certain to be something which will entertain this pair and even less active Aquarius pets (rabbits, for example) will have something of a "weird side." Since the human here is born under the jursidiction of Aquarius and is, by nature, attracted to anything odd or eccentric, it would not be out of the ordinary for the pet to be rather unusual...a kangaroo or porpcupine, for instance...and if that pet happens to also be governed by Aquarius, then the relationship may not even be perceived by others as particularly "weird." Nonetheless, there will be a certain "something" about an Aquarius human and Aquarius pet that will cause each to gravitate toward to the other. This is a strange attachment, but it does appear to work very well.
PISCES OWNER: This combination does not usually make for the greatest company. Despite the patient and easy-going manner of a Pisces human, an Aquarius pet might just be the one who proves that Pisces natives are truly no candidates for sainthood. This pet possesses much kinetic energy which is not directed anywhere in particular. In addition, the manner of the Aquarius pet is dry, cool, distant...and often quite crazy. The watery, warm, "touchy-feely" nature of a Pisces human is most defintely an enigma to the Aquarius pet...and the "way" of an Aquarius pet is most certainly an anomaly to a Pisces human. However, it will important for the Pisces human not to feel bad if he or she is obliged to give up on any relationship with an Aquarius pet since such is sure to happen eventually.
